I ordered a piece, when can I expect to receive it?

  • We send the orders within the next wednesday. After that, the shipping will need 2-3 days.

  • Orders submitted in our webshop can be paid with bank transfer or by PayPal.

  • You can find the receipt next to the product for both delivery and in store pickup.

  • Our products are delivered by GLS.

Can I pick up the bag in person?

  • Yes, you can pick up your orders in our store in Budapest. We will notify you in email about the manufacturing status as well as the exact date of pick up.

Mikor van nyitva az üzlet?
  • Az üzlet nyitvatartása az előzetes bejelentkezéseken múlik. Csomagot átvenni minden héten csütörtökön és pénteken 11.00-12.00 között van lehetőség.
 
Kaphatok több információt a termékről?

  • Termékeinkre jellemző információkat a webshopban, a termékre kattintva tudsz elérni. Ha további információra van szükséged, az info@bianicon.com címen érdeklődhetsz.

 
Rendeltem egy terméket, mikor kapom meg?

  • Minden megrendelt csomagot a legközelebbi szerdán adunk fel. Onnantól számítva 2-3 munkanapon belül megkapod a csomagot.

 
Mi a rendelés menete?

Milyen típusú fizetési lehetőségeket lehet használni?

  • A webshopon keresztül rendelt termékeket banki átutalással vagy PayPalon keresztül tudod fizetni.

  • A kiállított számlát e-mailben küldük ki neked, mind személyes átvétel, mind szállítás esetén.

 
Milyen szállítási lehetőségek vannak?

Át tudom venni személyesen a táskát?

  • Igen, budapesti üzletünkben személyesen át tudod venni a megrendelt terméket.
